After studying Criminology, waiting tables, and traveling, I found myself diving into the corporate world. Over the past 7 years, I worked in financial economic crime across analyst, quality control, and team lead roles at different financial institutions. It was challenging and valuable work, but I always felt something was missing: the freedom to work on my own terms, to explore more creativity, and to help others in a more personal way.
That’s why I started :a VBM business built to support
entrepreneurs and (small) businesses with the organization, structure, and systems they need to grow.
Fun fact: “Vinora” is a nod to my last name — Schlagwein. “Wein” means wine in German, and “vin” in other languages. I paired it with “aura” to bring in creativity, energy, and presence.
What I gained was incredibly useful: a strong foundation in organization, structuring workflows, problem-solving, and leading teams. I learned how to manage processes efficiently, keep things running smoothly under pressure, and communicate clearly.
All skills that now help me support other business owners as
a Virtual Business Manager (VBM).
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me exploring new restaurants, traveling to different countries, enjoying a glass of wine, going on long walks with my dog, or getting inspired by a good book.

Outsourcing can feel difficult, especially when it seems like no one else will do it quite like you (says the loud perfectionist in your head). I get it, I’ve been there. In past roles, I had the hardest time delegating because I always thought, “If I just do it myself, it’ll be faster and done right.”
But I want you to have the freedom to focus on what lights you up. I’m here to support you behind the scenes, so you can make the most of your business, without the burnout.
